Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by natural disasters, severe weather, or other acts of nature.

• Structural movement, settlement, or shifting of the property.

• Damage caused by existing underground issues such as tree roots, buried stumps, prior excavation, or landscaping features.

• Damage to trees, shrubs, or other vegetation resulting from necessary root removal, excavation, or grading.

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes over time.

• Damage caused by improper maintenance, accidents, or alterations made by others.
